Chyau Ko Tarkari (Mushroom with Gravy)


Ingredients:
200 gm of Mushroom
40 gm of Peas
30 gm Onion
10 gm Ginger Paste
10 gm Garlic Paste
40 ml Oi1
10 gm Turmeric Powder
10 gm Coriander leaf
40 gm of Tomatoes
10 gm Cumin Powder
Salt to taste
10gm Bhanchha Ghar Spices

Preparation Method:
Clean mushroom and slice it into thin pieces.
Boil green peas separately.
Heat oil, sautee the julienne of onion till it browns well.
Now add the mushroom fine chopped tomatoes, ginger and garlic paste, green peas, chilly, Bhanchha Ghar spices, salt and cumin powder and cook for few minutes and serve hot.
